  • One Shot Growth was founded by Daniel Radabaugh and Derek Boyd, out of Midland, Texas. They built it because they watched too many people, themselves included, run hard on one track and break on the other. They left service, rebuilt from zero, and watched non-veterans hit the exact same wall. Different uniform. Same patterns. Same cost.
